Pro / Player Review

The Dunlop Pro Double Yellow Dot is aimed firmly at experienced squash players. Its low bounce helps produce the tight, fast and tactically demanding rallies associated with competitive squash, particularly once the ball has been properly warmed up.

For advanced players, the controlled rebound makes it easier to play attacking lengths, drops and boasts without an excessively lively response from the ball. The trade-off is that it requires regular, powerful hitting to reach and maintain its ideal playing temperature. Beginners and less experienced recreational players may therefore find it unnecessarily difficult to keep rallies going and could benefit from a higher-bouncing ball.
