A product is showing as out of stock, can you get any more?

If you are looking for a particular product that is showing as out of stock on our site, or perhaps you can't find it at all. Please either email us or call us and we will try to order it for you.

Can I pre-order a product before it comes out?

If you are keen to purchase a new release product, you will be glad to know we do offer a pre-order service on any item. Please contact us on [email protected] for more information.

The area I live in is VAT exempt - will VAT be removed?

If you live in a VAT exempt area our system will automatically detect that and your order will not be subject to VAT.

Do all your rackets come pre-strung?

99% of our rackets come pre-strung, if a racket does come unstrung we are sure to advise of this in the product description.

I want my racket restrung, do you restring rackets?

Yes we have a great racket restringing service. We can restring squash, tennis, badminton and racquetball rackets usually within 2 working days. We supply strings from all the biggest manufacturers including Babolat, Prince, Head, R.A.B, Dunlop, Harrow, Yonex and many more.

Do all your rackets come with a head cover?

90% of our rackets come with a head cover. If the racket does not come with a head cover this will be stated in the item description. If your item does not come with a head cover, check out our squash bags.

Delivery & Shipping

Just-Squash use either Interlink, My Hermes, DPD (European) TNT (International) FedEx (North America) to ship items. Please note smaller items may be sent by Royal Mail.

When will my order be despatched?

We try to despatch all orders within 1-2 working day (excludes weekends and holidays). Most products are usually despatched within 12 hours.

Will I need to sign for my parcel?

Most items will require a signature on delivery. If you are at work during the day we recommend that you select your place of work as the delivery address.

Can I collect my order from you store?

Yes, please contact us prior to ordering your items. Not all of our stock is located in our store. If you contact us prior to your order we can ensure that you products are taken from our warehouse to our shop for you to collect.

Do you offer next day delivery?

Yes, we do. This option will be available at checkout.

What is your returns policy?

If you would like to return your item, please contact us first on 01462 672 446. Then the parcel will need to be returned to Just-Squash, Letchworth Tennis & Squash Club,  Muddy Lane,  Letchworth Garden City,  Herts,  SG6 3TB.

Will you pay for the postage to return products?

We are happy to pay for the return of an order if the issue was a mistake on our behalf.
