Its full-size tournament dimensions provide an authentic match setup, while the compact folding system allows the table to be stored efficiently when not in use. Finished with a blue playing surface and manufactured in Germany, this is a high-specification indoor table built for frequent and demanding use.

Design and Materials

The S8-37i features a 25mm 3tecWOOD premium playing surface with a durable multi-coated finish and a powder-coated A-60mm frame profile for excellent rigidity and stability. The table is supported by Sponeta's Super-Compact Type 5 undercarriage, constructed from substantial 60 x 40mm rectangular steel profile tubing. Four 125mm rubber-tread wheels make the table easier to manoeuvre, with two wheels lockable for additional stability. Height adjusters on the rear legs allow uneven floor levels to be compensated for by up to 30mm, helping to create a level playing surface in a variety of indoor environments.

Player Review

The Sponeta S8-37i is built for players who want the response and stability of a serious tournament-style table rather than a lightweight recreational model. The 25mm playing surface provides a reassuringly consistent bounce, while the substantial frame and undercarriage create a solid feel during fast rallies and intensive training. Despite its weight and robust construction, the folding system, gas pressure springs and large manoeuvrable wheels make storage considerably more practical than the size of the table might suggest. For clubs, schools, training venues and committed home players with suitable indoor space, the S8-37i offers a strong combination of playing quality, durability and storage efficiency.
