  • What is the difference between Babolat Pure Aero and Pure Aero plus?

    The Babolat Pure Aero Plus brings a robust combination of power, spin and control to the court. Its biggest point of difference to the regular Pure Aero, the added half-inch of length, adds a ton of leverage on all strokes.

     When it comes to massive power and spin, the Babolat Pure Aero Plus delivers! As with the standard version, this Plus model gets updated with Cortex Pure Feel dampening material for a softer feel on contact and FSI Spin technology for extra bite. With its 27.5-inch length, 100 square inch head and 330 swingweight, this racquet packs a punch on contact. Our playtesters enjoyed being able to hit big on groundstrokes and using the racquet's control and stability to ably defend against pace. At net, the Pure Aero Plus surprised our playtesters with great manoeuvrability and a solid feel, making it easy to play aggressively. The extra reach resulted in extra power on both serves and returns, allowing our team to start points on the attack. All in all, the Babolat Pure Aero Plus is an excellent option for players who like to swing big and want some extra leverage to give their already aggressive game style an added boost.
